Our evolving kitchen garden provides fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits throughout the year. Other ingredients are sourced from the rich larder of Scottish produce available in the Kingdom of Fife and beyond.
With a sunny, south aspect, the new restaurant interior connects naturally with the outdoors. The colour palate is influenced by the gardens where natural fabrics and textures, combined with leafy wall art and mirrors have been used to great effect on soft furnishings and comfortable booth seating.
The bay window is the focal point of the room which cleverly showcases the gardens and delivers an unforgettable dining experience.
